If the product itself or the printing is defective, or if the final product is materially different than the design displayed in the campaign, we're here to help. Under these conditions, our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. Please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 30 days; and the product isn't used; and either a) the product itself or the printing is defective, or b) the final product is materially different than the design displayed in the campaign. Wonodoo does not exchange items are custom printed on-demand for each customer. We accept returns if the above criteria are met.
If your items have not arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact Customer Service for a full refund of your purchase.(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries).
