HOW DO I GET MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Tracking numbers will be available upon request, 5-7 days after your order has been placed. If you would like to consult your tracking number, please contact us through our contact page. We will provide you the details as soon as possible via email.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER STATUS?

You can track your order status in real-time by entering your order information on the Track Order page. After it has been placed, it is promptly sent, to one of our three fulfillment centers, where we will ship your item(s) within 24-72 hours.

QUESTIONS ABOUT WARRANTY

DOES WONODOO OFFER A QUALITY WARRANTY ON THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS?

If you do not like your product, We will take it back! If the product or the printing is defective, We are here to help.
  Under these conditions, our products can be returned within 60 days of the original product’s purchase order.

  Please make sure that: The product was purchased in the last 60 days, and the product isn't used, and either a) the product itself or the printing is defective, or b) the final product is materially different than the design displayed in the campaign.

Damaged items
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

We accept returns if the above criteria are met: In case your items have not arrived within 60 days from the date of purchase, contact Customer Service for a full refund. (This policy excludes errors when the customer provided shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries).
