HOW DO I GET MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Tracking numbers will be made available upon request 48-72 hours after your order has been placed unless it's a custom made product. In that case, it could take 5-8 business days.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can track your order status in real time by entering your order information on the Track Order page.

After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent, to one of our three fulfillment centers, where we will ship your item(s) within 48-72 hours. If it's a custom product, we will ship your item(s) within 5-8 business days.

DOES WONODOO OFFER A QUALITY GUARANTEE ON THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS?

If you do not like your product, We will take it back! If the product or the printing is defective, We are here to help.
 Under these conditions, our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.

 Please make sure that: The product was purchased in the last 30 days, and the product isn't used, and either a) the product itself or the printing is defective, or b) the final product is materially different than the design displayed in the campaign.

Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

 Exchanging Items
 Wonodoo does not exchange items that are custom printed on-demand.

 We accept returns if the above criteria are met: In case your items have not arrived within 60 days from the date of purchase, contact Customer Service for a full refund. (This policy excludes errors when the customer provided shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries).
