General Shipping Information
After your payment is verified, it may take 24-72 hours to process and ship your order unless it's a custom product. In that case it may take 5-7 days to process. This does not include weekends or holidays.
Purchases made after 9 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
Customers will generally receive their items in 7-15 business days from purchase.
Please note due to COVID-19 delivery times may be longer than normal; we appreciate your patience.
Sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the tracking system or our own tracking system.
All orders will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and another email when their order has been fulfilled and ready to ship (please check your spam mail if you cannot see it). Individual Items May Ship Separately.
Due to the popularity of certain items delivery delays can occasionally occur. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase. (This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
Orders With Multiple Items
For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way
Cancellations can be made within 12 hours of your order. Once we have fulfilled and shipped your order, you cannot cancel an order.
If you have made an error in your address, please email us ASAP. We cannot guarantee the change in address if the order is already fulfilled and processed to ship. We are not responsible for address changes after 12 hours.
